Organize and coordinate meetings and consultations, including collecting necessary materials, informing participants about the event's time, location, agenda, and registration.
Finalize the minutes of meetings and consultations.
Monitor the timely execution of assigned tasks by responsible individuals and inform management.
Maintain a registry of tasks assigned by management to subordinate departments and oversee their execution.
Obtain necessary information from the company's structural divisions and executors of orders and instructions; summarize, systematize, and prepare reports when needed.
Requirements:
Higher education.
Ability to write protocols and official letters.
More than 3 years of experience in the field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani orthography; knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
Knowledge of 1C (8.3) is desirable.
Skills in teamwork, organization, communication, and professional relationship building, with dedication to the organization’s mission.
High level of oral and written communication skills.
Analytical and critical thinking abilities, initiative, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment and under intensive conditions.

6-day work week (full workday).
Salary: 900 AZN (gross).
